Service Description

4S Ranch Leadership program forges young leaders through excellent curriculum that enhances decision making skills, communication, self confidence and empathy. Your future leader will spend a week gearing up for three days at camp, leading younger campers alongside a seasoned staff member. The five day training focuses on learning what servant leadership is, how to make excellent choices, goal setting, grit, determination, discipline and so much more. We like to call it "boot camp" for life skills!
