HORSE POWERED LEARNING
Equine-Assisted Learning is a learner based educational experience with horses. More specifically, EAL is an effective approach to human development that encourages individual and team growth. Participants engage in objectively driven exercises and find themselves learning valuable life skills in a fun and exciting atmosphere while working with horses.
Why horses?
Horses are tough and stead fast dance partners. They consistently react to stimulus provided by participants. Some of the joys associated with working around horses are - they don't judge but they constantly assess. Their feedback is honest and instant. Learning to listen to what horses have to say is powerful and can sometimes spur the answer to individual change. By including horses in specially designed educational exercises, we have greatly multiplied the participant's rate of success to self-discovery.
How can Horses Help?
Horses de-escalate Human hearts filled with anxiety, fear, Anger and depression. They are non-judgmental and are clinically and scientifically proven to lower heart rates and relieve depression. Cassandra and 4S Ranch Certified equine learning assistants facilitate participants to learn life skills through partnering with horses, utilizing a building bloc curriculum that enables participants to live their best lives! 4S Ranch has helped hundreds of children be more confident, learn communication, self regulation, boundary setting and so much more!

Private Pay EAL Sessions
In our dynamic sessions, children will cultivate vital social and emotional skills through equine activities and skill building conversations. They'll enhance their communication abilities, gaining confidence as they work with their horse to successfully navigate challenges. Problem-solving skills will be fostered through enjoyable challenges that promote critical thinking and collaboration. Each session will establish a strong foundation for personal development, Fee is $120 per session.

Group Private Pay EAL Sessions
Join us for an engaging experience where small groups of three or less will collaborate to enhance teamwork, communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Working alongside a horse, participants will build confidence and learn the significance of words in fostering connection and understanding. Each 45-minute session is priced at just $80, offering a unique opportunity for personal growth and development. Don't miss on this transformative journey!

3rd Party EAL Sessions
Equine-assisted learning provides a unique opportunity for children to engage and grow in a supportive environment. Our third-party billing sessions will mirror our private sessions, the same level of quality and care. Please note that due to additional administrative, reporting, and compliance requirements, sessions funded through CLTS or similar programs will have a different pricing structure, in line with program guidelines. We are committed to making these enriching experiences accessible to all children
